How to Submit a Proposal Form Online:
1. Registration on the AMSOB Portal
- 1. Visit the AMSOB portal at http://www.amsob.in
- 2. Click on the "Register" link to create a new account.
- 3. Fill in the required personal details, including your email address, and set a password.
- 4. After successful registration, log in to the portal using your credentials.
2. Initiating the Proposal Submission
- 1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Form Submission" section.
- 2. Select the Scheme.
- 3. Begin filling out the proposal form with your details, including Qualification Details, Employment Details, Professional Recognition/Fellowship, Publication Details, Patent Details, and Other Information.
3. Mentor Details
- 1. In the mentor selection section, choose a registered mentor (the mentor also has to follow the same procedure for registration).
4. Entering Proposal-Specific Details
- 1. Enter the specific details of your proposal in the relevant sections: Project Title, Project Summary, Keywords, Objectives of Project, Expected Output and Outcome of the Proposal.
5. Uploading Supporting Documents
- 1. Prepare any additional relevant information about your proposal and save it as a PDF file.
- 2. Ensure the PDF file is no larger than 10 MB.
- 3. Upload this file under the "Upload Documents" section.
- 4. Download the provided template if needed to help structure your document correctly.
6. Reviewing and Submitting the Proposal
- 1. . Review all the details you've entered in the form. Double-check for accuracy and completeness.
- 2. Save a copy of your completed form and uploaded documents for your records.
- 3. Submit the proposal by clicking the "Submit" button.
7. Post-Submission Process
- 1. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
- 2. Ensure that your mentor has provided their consent. You may follow up with them if needed.
- 3. Monitor your email for any further communication from the AMSOB portal regarding your proposal.
